Owned by the same family since it was built in 1975, this wonderful family home needed a total renovation to get ready for its next family. Imagine this. So that became the scope of work for this renovation–along with work on the foundation and property. Along the way, rooms were reconfigured to optimize space and improve the home’s overall functionality for today’s family living, including adding a bedroom, an en-suite bathroom in one of the bedrooms, and a powder room in the basement. The quality of work, finishes, and fixtures exceeds expectations.
